  • We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekend dates during peak wedding and event season. Popular dates fill up quickly, so reach out as soon as you have a date in mind.

  • We offer five core packages, plus a lighter add-on option:

    ● The Intimate Affair — up to 100 guests, 1 cart, 2 flavors, 2 hrs, 3 toppings — $1,000

    ● The Signature Affair — up to 150 guests, 2 carts, 4 flavors, 2 hrs, 3 toppings — $1,400

    ● The Grand Affair — up to 200 guests, 3 carts, 6 flavors, 2 hrs, 3 toppings — $1,800

    ● The Prestige Affair — 250+ guests, 4+ carts, custom flavor program, 3 hrs, 3 toppings — $2,000

    ● La Piazza — a lighter add-on for events with dessert already covered: 1 cart, 2 flavors, capped at

    100 servings, 2 hrs, 3 toppings — custom quote

    ● The Sweet Add-On — starting at $1,000, customizable extras for any event

  • Every package includes the gelato cart(s), curated flavors, a set number of service hours, and 3 toppings.

    Additional flavors, extra service time, more toppings, or extra carts can be added for an additional fee —just ask when you inquire.

  • Yes — a 30% deposit is required to reserve your date. This deposit is non-refundable, but if your event is affected by weather, we're happy to work with you to reschedule.

  • Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule outside of a weather-related issue, please reach out as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

  • We're based in Chicago and primarily serve the Chicagoland area. We're happy to travel further for your event — a travel fee will apply based on distance. Let us know your location when you inquire and we'll nclude the fee in your quote.

  • Yes, your package includes a set number of curated flavors that you can select from our full flavor list. Larger packages (like The Prestige Affair) include a custom flavor program.

  • Each cart needs a level, stable surface (indoors or outdoors) with a small footprint for the cart and serving staff. Let us know your venue layout when you book and we'll confirm exact space needs.

  • Yes, additional flavors, service hours, toppings, and carts can be added to any package for an extra fee.
